Security Suite aims to solve many organizations issues with locking down sensitive data in Sugar. Suite
Security meets those needs by allowing administrators to set up multiple Security Groups that reflect their
organization’s structure. They can then assign those groups to individual records manually or automatically
depending on their preference. In addition, there are no limitations to the number of Security Groups that
can be assigned to individual records.
