In order for Talend to be aware custom SugarCRM fields and modules the XML schema of the component must be edited.

Once edited their are two ways for Talend to discover the tSugarCRM component changes. The first way is to close Talend and restart which forces the Talend generation engine to run. The easier way is to type CTRL + Shift + F3.
